Good food and fast. Kid friendly. The shiny modern decor is nice. streamline / minimal service - order from a tablet, get your own water and utensils, bus your own table. Food come lightening fast and both dishes were lip smacking tasty. I do wish the sauces didn’t come in little plastic takeout containers. Perfect place with kids after visiting the Ballard library

I was pleasantly surprised by CrackleMi! This is casual counter service / fast casual with self ordering at kiosk with nice dine-in atmosphere. They also offer alcoholic options , unlike other fast casual spots. What I love is that they offer not one but 2 tofu options (lemongrass and dark soy glazed). That said, we got lemongrass tofu for both of our orders. The lemongrass flavor really came through. The banh mi was larger than other Vietnamese joints, same size as Which Wich sub for reference, and filled with flavor. The broken rice was also a big portion, the rice itself was very well-done. Would def come back here when we come back for Ballard market

Absolutely delicious! Great service, beautiful interior, awesome food, and the jalapeño aioli is a must! The short beef spring rolls are delicious and refreshing. Highly recommend the Grilled Short Ribs Bowl with jalapeño aioli and a fried egg — it was both refreshing and very satisfying at the same time. The Lemongrass Beef Bowl is also great as well. The owners and workers were incredibly attentive, kind, and you could tell they genuinely wanted you to enjoy the food and the overall experience. 5 stars all around. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the Ballard area!

Have been a regular customer here and I will continue to be. I love chicken banmi sandwich ❤️ especially the pickled carrot and flavours in it. I usually ask for extra fried egg and it makes it even more flavourful. Very good portion size (the pic only shows half the sandwich) for the price. You can usually find street parking in the area. There’s plenty of seating inside and outside.

Really delicious. I love the self-order system. It's so simple to walk in, place your order on the tablet, take a number, and sit down at any open table. I just love how efficient this is. I ordered The Cookout and added on a eggroll. I also tried the iced Vietnamese coffee. Everything was so delicious and plenty filling! I will definitely be back.

Fantastic Viet food. Everything I’ve tried here is really great and filling. The orders can take a while sometimes to come out but that’s more to do with it being popular.

Great atmosphere, it's very open and bright! They were quick, my wine was good, and my (forgive my spelling) my BonMi (the sandwich) was superb!! Hit all the right spots!

Fire!! I ordered take out, but I ended up eating dine in. Bussin bowl was delicious! Pork belly was marinated and full of flavor. Grilled pork was delicious when you put the sauce over. And I'm so happy it was all with broken rice too! Salad was good, but I wish the carrots were pickled. Service wasn't the quickest; I waited over 10 minutes for my meal. Ambiance is nice; lots of seating. Large open window for the hot summer days. A few outdoor seating, but it's all in the sun. I will be back!
